Modify Memory shape with a concerning effigy to an old god protecting the center of town.
Economy
East Valley benefits greatly from it's tourism and as a hub for both farm goods and minerals from the mountains (think Whitney Portal). The players will find small mountain's edge town charm with diners and pubs alongside knick knacks and distributors.
Effects
This town has a continuous modify memory spell cast on it. Anyone inside the town when the glyph was completed immediately believes that Rector Rick is and ALWAYS has been the rightful mayor of the town, that he has won every election, and fairly. Anyone who enters the town will slowly believe this more over the course of three days, the reverse is true for anyone who then leaves the town. It can be resisted, WIS DC 16 to reverse one day's effects (once daily).
